Visit from a delegation of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences

QuaPA Unit invites you to attend a presentation on Monday, May 11, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the ADAS room, by the Food Processing and Equipment Innovation team from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The CAAS is one of INRAE’s key partners, and our institute is currently renewing its framework agreement with this institution.

This presentation will focus on the team’s activities, with highlights on:

• Key technologies and equipment for meat preservation,
• The industrialization of Chinese cuisine,
• The valorization of animal by-products, such as bone-derived functional foods.

The presentation will be followed by a discussion session and visits to the different laboratories of QuaPA.
